Deep Hole Accessories

Deep bore Gun drill and Ventec accessories are all available directly from stock and can usually be dispatched within 48 hours.

Rotating straight shank and Morse taper toolholders are available with numerous bore sizes to fit the drill driver diameter you intend to use. Reduction sleeves can be purchased to make it possible to hold multiple driver sizes within the same coolant fed toolholder.

Re-grind fixtures are available for use with Gun drills or Ventecs drills. Please state which you require when ordering.

Spraymist units and cutting fluid, when used with a coolant fed toolholder, make it possible to achieve deep bores on many conventional machine tools.

Hardened steel bushes and whip guides are also available.
